The hotel's location is superb. It offers simple access to both nearby attractions and various transportation choices, i found it very convenient. I greatly appreciated the unlimited supply of water by the reception after fun days.
The absence of a fridge in the room was inconvenient. I wished i had a mini-bar to store beverages and snacks.

The location was AMAZING. a bakery was just across the road and i met the owner. He was INCREDIBLY friendly! the hotel is basically in the perfect spot if it's your first visit.
The room was pretty small. there was nowhere to put two suitcases, WHAT A PAIN. the parking cost was also high. Forty euros per night IS A LOT

i found the staff very accommodating and willing to help with any request. the hotel is close to bellecour plaza, as well as the shopping district. i discovered an unlimited supply of drinking water by the reception, so important after a day of sightseeing.
my room, though clean, was a bit smaller than i expected for a four-star hotel.

The location is superb. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. I suppose that was acceptable.
I found the breakfast variety quite limited. The bed was not comfortable enough. I would expect a better bed from a so-called 4-star place. I was wrong.

The location was excellent. It was close to tourist areas. The staff was helpful! They were very friendly. I also appreciated the air-conditioning . Victor Hugo is a street with shops and restaurants.
I wish it would remember my floor. I also think water machines on each floor would be convenient.

The hotel offers convenient access to the subway, only 50 meters away. Reaching the airport took approximately 75 minutes using metro, tram, and airport train. This proved to be a practical, quick, and cheap transfer option.
